Red Sun Academy opened up on November 14, 1989.

All students with their family and friends
celebrate by having a picnic in the park every November.
This is our biggest turnout of the year
(well... maybe our Christmas party is...).
Everyone brings a covered dish.
Many students receive their new belt rank at this time.
We also take class pictures at our Anniversary Picnic.

DIRECTIONS to Anderson Point Park in Raleigh:

...• Left on Capital (heading north on Capital)

...• Right on Durant/Perry Creek (heading east)

...• Right on 401 / Louisburg (heading south)
.....- Stay on 401 for about 3 miles (huge church on right)

.....- Stay on New Hope for about 3 miles

.....- Stay on 64 for about .8 miles

...• Right on Roger Road
.....just before the EDGEWATER PLACE Shopping Center (Foodlion) (Sheetz)
