we are celebrated our
20th Year as an Academy (!!)
at Durant Nature Park's Picnic Shelter.
All students and their families were invited.

Red Sun Academy opened up on November 14, 1989.

All students with their family and friends
celebrate by having a picnic at the lake every November.
This is our biggest turnout of the year.
Everyone brings a covered dish.
Many students receive their new belt rank at this time.
We also take class pictures at our Anniversary Picnic
(tho in 2007 & 2008, our annual Class Pictures were taken
at our annual Christmas Party)

DIRECTIONS to BEAVER DAM (Falls Lake):
(where we sometimes have our Anniversary Picnic)
...• Take 98W (towards Durham),
...• Right on Rt. 50N (Creedmoor).
...• BEAVER DAM is a 3 miles north of 98 on the right.
.... (right across from the Sandling Beach sign).
