...then twirl to FIGHTING POSITION (left ft back)
...(Twirl = Left end down and to the right, Left foot steps back)

Back-end Overhead Strike (from left shoulder)

Un-twirl to Horizontal Strike (Bridge of the Nose Strike), Ready Position #2

TURNING AROUND
Twirl over your heard and slide your hands over Bo (left tip back), Left foot steps to turn around...
Turn around 3600 and VERTICAL BLOCK (Left hand up, Right hand down, Palms out).
Left Foot is now forward.

Downward Strike (from upper tip)
Back-End Overhead Strike (other end)
Upper Vertical Block (front tip straight up)
Downward Vertical Block (front tip straight down)
Back-end Horizontal Strike (back-end strikes out right, then to the left)
Back-end Overhead Strike (from left shoulder)
Back-end Overhead Strike
Un-twirl to Horiz. Strike (Bridge of the Nose Strike), Ready Pos. #2 rt. foot forward to parallel feet

Twirl (left tip up) & slide hands to VERTICAL BLOCK RT. (left hand up, Rt down, Palms face out)

Let go left hand, bring upper tip down in front of you on your left side and..
ONE HAND TWIRLS (left side of body, then right, then repeat) (can do 4 to 6)

When Bo is on your left side, right foot steps forward and...
STAB GROUND (Left hand up, palm out, thumb down) (Rt hand down, palm out, fingers below wrist)

Twirl Bo inbetween fingers on right side of body

Right foot steps forward, facing east (your left) in HORSE STANCE

Keep momentum flowing... Left foot swings behind you, facing west in HORSE STANCE

Sliding Strike (right), facing north
Step Side Kick (right), facing north

The following twirls are all over your head:
Twirl Right (reverse strike)
Twirl Left (reverse strike)
Moving your left foot, twirl & turn at the same time, turning completely around (3600), facing north
