RALEIGH SKI & OUTING CLUB

....Adventures (mountain biking, scuba, white water rafting and rock climbing)
....Camping (comfy to primitive);Canoeing/Kayaking (flat and white water);
....Community Service (Habitat for Humanity, Food Bank, and Special Olympics);
....Excursions (nearby and far-away); Hiking (day, overnight, Southeast, far-away);
....Locals (Just hanging out at pool parties, barbecues, and dances);

....Snow Skiing (NC, VA, WV, New England, Out West, Europe)

TRIANGLE SINGLES...
...We are very proud of it, and we have over 200 members.
...Our club was incorporated September 1, 1987,
...with a stated purpose
..“to provide a social and congenial setting for singles to meet
...and get to know one another
...and provide and conduct social functions
...such as dance parties, picnics, and theme parties."
...Our club meets once a week for dancing and socializing
...at the Northbrook Country Club in Raleigh (averaging 60 members/guests).
...We have a DJ that plays all types of music (shag, country, waltz, slow, contemporary).
...We have a dance lesson before each dance, including line dancing.
...We charge $8.00 per guest, which includes soft drinks and snack foods.
...Each month we have two dinners out
..(one in Durham/Chapel Hill and one in Raleigh/Cary),
...a night of cards, and our board meeting.
...Twice a year we take a trip to Myrtle Beach for fun in the sun and moonlight.
...We play in the pool and walk on the beach in the daytime,
...and at night we go out to clubs and dance.
