LAZY CANOE/KAYAK TRIP
Various weekend days during the summer/early fall

Kayak or canoe down Falls River with us!
(a specific event may be just canoe or just kayak).
It's a 3-mile journey
which takes about an hour-and-a-half.

Once you have mailed in your check,
arrive at Paddle Creek at 12:30
(half hour before our ride).
They're located about one mile north
of Falls of Neuse and Durant.

The following is a suggested list of what to bring (all optional):
Bathing suit, sunglasses, water, sun screen, water shoes, towel, hat.
Bring or wear a suit so we can stop and swim in the water.

It’s $55 per canoe (two to a canoe,
$45 per one-person kayak,
plus a $2 per person charge to shuttle you.
Price includes all equipment, rental fees, and shuttle service
from the river to the Paddle Creek and back.
Your check must be mailed in and received several days prior.

No cancellations/refunds,
but you can get someone to fill in your spot.
I almost always have waiting lists.
In the event of rain or drought,
Paddle Creek will rebook or refund.

Afterwords, let's go for a swim in my pool
(along with chips-n-salsa and lemonade).
If we still have energy (or if we're hungry),
those who choose to can go out for a bite.
